Service 3
Swedish managers and Indian teams — same company, different working cultures. Fix the rhythm or pay for it in lost velocity.
This is not a culture workshop. This is operational coaching for managers who are already running cross-border teams and encountering friction they cannot name.
Operator credibility
Christian has spent fifteen years managing Swedish–India operations at scale. Manix (Partner, Cross-Cultural Leadership) has twenty years of US–India and global–India engineering leadership and culture-bridge work. Together they have seen every version of this friction — and the patterns that actually resolve it.
Stop the hidden friction that shows up as missed deadlines, unclear ownership, and thin margins.
Get a working rhythm that fits your business model — not a generic playbook copied from someone else's operating model.
Work with operators who have run the teams you are running. Not with culture consultants who have never managed a P&L.
Two engagement models
Repair: You are already running a Swedish–India operation and it is not working. We diagnose where the friction is, fix the rhythm, and stay until it runs.
Preparation: You are about to scale into India (via Service 1 or Service 2) and want to get the rhythm right from the start. We embed the working rhythm into your leadership operating model before friction shows up.
Speed to outcome
- • Week 0–2: Diagnostic phase. We map the friction — where it shows up, why it persists, and what it is costing you.
- • Week 3–8: Intervention phase. We work directly with your Swedish managers and Indian team leads to reset the rhythm.
- • Week 9+: Embedding phase. We stay until the new rhythm is stable and self-sustaining — typically 3–6 months total.
Manix Narayanan (Partner, Cross-Cultural Leadership)
Manix partners with Christian on every Cross-Cultural Leadership engagement. He brings the India-side operator perspective into the room — and he speaks both languages fluently.
