What happens after the first call
- • Within 24 hours — a written recap of what we heard, what we think the real question is, and whether we can help.
- • Within one week — if there is a fit, a proposal with scope, timeline and fixed fee. If not, a recommendation for someone who is a better match.
- • Within two weeks — engagement kick-off, if we move forward.
- • No chasing. No sales theatre. Either a fit or a fast no.
