Christian Jönsson

Christian Jönsson — Founder & Partner

Christian has spent more than twenty-five years building and running international operations at scale. He has held senior executive roles including Chief Information Officer, SVP of Global Business Services, and VP of Strategy — with direct responsibility for operations, partnerships and transformation across more than sixty markets in Europe, Asia, Latin America and India.

His India track record is hands-on, not observed. He has built and turned around delivery units, managed large-scale partnership arrangements with IBM and Oracle, and led European–Indian leadership teams through the full cycle — from first hire to mature, self-running organisation.

Christian holds an MBA from Rushmore University. He is based in Helsingborg and advises clients in Swedish, English and French.

Manix Narayanan

Manix Narayanan — Partner, Cross-Cultural Leadership

Manix has 20+ years of US– and global–India engineering leadership and culture-bridge work. He partners with Christian on every Cross-Cultural Leadership engagement, bringing the India-side operator perspective into the room.

How we operate

  • • Operator-led. Both Christian and Manix have run the operations they advise on.
  • • India platform via delivery partners. People are hired, employed and HR-managed on our India platform via our delivery partners in India.
  • • One client per team. Each client team works exclusively for that client.
  • • Stay until it runs — with named exit criteria. We do not hand over a deck and disappear. We exit when the agreed criteria are met.

What we believe

  • • Start in the business case, not the culture workshop.
  • • Be specific or be quiet.
  • • Each offer must stand on its own commercially. Cross-sell is a bonus, never the business model.
  • • Pick clients we can actually help — we turn down work where we are not the right answer.
