How the three services connect

Each service is sold and delivered as a standalone offer. In practice the three chain — usually starting with one and growing into one or two more.

Service 3 → Service 1

A Cross-Cultural Leadership engagement surfaces the need to rebuild the Indian delivery model. The team is the wrong shape; the rhythm is set; the structure needs to follow.

Service 2 → Service 1

An India Market Entry case lands with 'yes, build capability in India'. Phase 2 of Service 2 naturally chains into a Service 1 managed team or capability centre.

Service 1 + Service 3

A Sourcing & Delivery engagement only performs at full strength once the leadership rhythm across Sweden and India is established. Many clients buy them together from the start.

Design principle

Each offer must stand on its own commercially. Cross-sell is a bonus, never the business model. If a client can only buy one, each service still has to be worth its fee on its own.
